Customer service is a joke! My order took twice as long as stated to arrive. They should say "our driver will pick up multiple orders and drop them off before yours so your time will keep getting changed to be later and later". The "delivered by" time kept changing. My order took an hour and a half to arrive and everything was cold. It was a $60+ order and I was "credited " $11 in Uber cash. No refund. So, I'm supposed to use it to order again?!?! No way. Never again. Uber eats is a scam.
