I ordered and realized I had not ordered the item I wanted. Within seconds I canceled to reorder. It was early morning so I know it had not enough time yet to get a delivery person or start the order. I was charged 23.00 for the cancel. I did a help chat to reorder . Ubereats said they would give me back the money so I could reorder with uber cash. Then another rep said that never happened. I dud not see a refund in my bank Uber Rep said it could take 3 to 5 days. I feel I have been ripped off and theynwere so rude . I had problems before with them and I was giving Ubereats a second chance. Now I will never use them they can not be trusted.
