UberEats steals from their customers. I made a mistake on my order. I canceled the order right away. We reordered and went to the restaurant for pick up. They reassured us we would get a refund in a few days as the order didn't come through on their end. Called 3 days later and what do you know. You need to call in 48 hours. They won't refund my money. I asked for them to get me the food I paid for. They can't do the either. So basically they are stealing from the customers. I will tell everyone and never order from you people again Also they kept ending the chat and not letting me finish and calling them was just as bad. They just keep repeating that you need to call in 48 hours. There is no head office and they won't let you speak to a manager.
