On 5/5/24 I ordered 2 Nacho BellGrandes (it was a BOGO offer), 1 beefy 5 layer burrito and 5 bean burritos. I received the 2 Nacho BellGrandes that were soggy, and 1 bean burrito. The beefy 5 layer burrito and 4 bean burritos were missing. I attempted online thru the app to report and request a refund. I uploaded and sent both the pic of what I received along with the receipt. Still was informed my order didn't qualify for a refund. So I called on 5/5/24 customer service. I was told I'd get an email. When I pressed her when she told me within 24-48 hours. Which never happened. I called customer service after the 48 hours expired on 5/8/24. I was told I'd get a call back within 1-2 hours. That never happened. Later on 5/8/24 I called customer service back and was given the same BS responses. I called again on 5924 and said I'd get an email (which I never received). When pressing him for a supervisor above him he told me there weren't any. I had to dispute the charge through my bank. Just like they ghost customers, I've ghosted them. Never again will I order through Uber Eats. I hope they get caught at some point with their scam
