I'm started using Uber Eats just a few months ago. Until this week, I was satisfied with the service so I began to place more orders. A couple of days ago, I placed a lunch order. There were no issues with the driver however when I received my order, I found several strands of hair in one of my items. I immediately reported the issue to Uber and requested a full refund. Of course I didn't want the order at all after finding hair in my food. Rather than offer to refund me for the order, they only refunded me for the item that was reported. I told them I would no longer be doing business with them and that I would be disputing the charge with my bank. Needless to say I was pretty disappointed in the treatment that I have. As a result neither me personally nor my job will be doing business with them again
