Worst app and cut throat service. On the outside they lure customer saying various discounts. But they have some cut throat policies and behaviour. They think they can do anything in the name of policies. For example they without agreeing with the customer they deduct money in the form of tip, when the customer hasn't opted to offer a tip and when customer ask for a refund they tell that we need to edit the order soon after the order. This is fraud of the highest order. Why should the customer be blamed here when UBER is debiting the customer account without customers agreement. Even it is very difficult to speak to the UBER they don't have a customer service who can take calls or address issues on the spot. They come via mail or chat very late.
Even the app doesn't allow you to cancel any order as soon a wrong or accidental order is made. If you call the restaurant to cancel the order like the paradise biryani point in Wallington they say we ant cancel the order but asking us to talk to Uber. We cannot reach under through phone - only via chat or email which takes a lot of time even sometimes they prefer to delay asking questions to delay and start all over again and never come forward to refund. Even Uber eat say that we can ask the restaurant to cancel but the restaurants act or behave as if they are not the one to do it it UBER. UBER behave as if it is Restaurant has to. THE MOST PATHETIC & CUTTHROAT AND FRAUD SERVICE AND POLICIES
