Terrible. I placed an order September 2022, £51.99 which never arrived. And they confirmed and refunded the money.
I placed an order Monday 22/5/24 fish and chips £14.50 . I found that they have charged my pay pal £14.50 plus £51.99. Unacceptable, tried to e mail and message them. terrible customer service, no one call you back, the reply to your messages unclear and not related. They did not refund the money in-spite explaining and they can easily check their messages to me confirm. Be aware if anything happens you be left alone.
