I ordered Uber Eats Starbucks yesterday at my work. I was ordering coffee and lunch for my coworkers, who are nurses and working hard. The order was promised to be delivered by 12:00 latest. Instead we got nothing but delays, first it was delayed til 12:15, then 12:30. I tried contacting support and all they would say was it would be delivered by 12:43. Then I tried to contact the delivery guy, who for some reason was coming via ebike. His phone went to voice-mail after 2 rings. I was then told it would be delivered by 1 and then 1:15. I tried to message the delivery guy telling him my coworker was starving and then next thing I knew the entire order got cancelled. All this with absolutely no explanation! I apologized profusely to my coworkers and felt so bad. Worst service ever!
