I had the most horrible experience. Uber eats must be banned in South Africa. On 24 May, Friday I ordered Steers via Uber eats. The driver delivered the wrong food. I tried calling the driver.. Uber eats app did not allow me to cuz the driver closed the call. I drove to Steers where is ordered from, the Manager of Steers was helpful and also tried to get Uber eats on call and on email. I've been complaining about not getting my order since Friday today is Monday and now I received an email saying they won't refund me cuz the order was older than 48 hours. But Uber eats are the one's that did not respond to my emails since I logged it. There call centre agents tells you the same sh! t every time. No one from the driver to to agents is taking accountability for their mistake... They behave like I made a mistake... My order was almost R300 I just want my money back cuz in all fairness I did not get my food.
