I work a lot so I have to order food everyday and you think that would get you some kind of respect from a business where you even buy the little add-ons to make the experience a little more feasible to do it every day.... Uber eats does not care about its customers and no shape way or form. Because I have to order so much I order a lot so apparently you're only allowed to complain twice in your whole life if you have an account with them. If you complain after that even if you got the wrong order they don't care they're not going to help you I used to think Uber eats was a really good idea but seeing as how their customer service does not help at all no matter what is wrong with the order... Makes it absolutely crazy to keep helping this business stay n business. I don't ever ask or complain if nothing is truly wrong I will even leave a good review. But that's not what happens they take my order and charge me for what I wanted but then when I get the order they don't have all of my items but they still charge me all the money for the items and when I'm missing items you think that they would refund you or something along those lines but they just tell you I know you don't want to hear this but blah blah blah you can't be helped. It's like that's all that customer service is trained to do.... They just train them to tell you no. I've never dealt with the business that doesn't give you what you pay for and then doesn't help you get what you didn't get. Or see some type of compensation for what you didn't get. This is the worst food delivery app out here.
