A place an order from Wendy's through Uber eats last night. After 2 hours of not receiving my order I called Uber and was notified that the driver dropped off the package at a different location. I could also tell by the picture he took that it was not my front door. The location he dropped the food off at is where I lived three to four years ago. Obviously I have updated my address in the Uber eats app so I don't know how this mistake or confusion was made but I do know that it's not my fault. I even tipped the driver and he was a f****** a****** on the phone with me. I talked to five or six different representatives requesting a manager call me back finally I was told that one would within 24 hours. However of course that didn't happen. My order was only 13 to $15. I don't know how much that means to you but I'm only on disability and I can barely afford to survive on a day-to-day basis. So to lose a customer and the huge following that I have and will make it known to each and every person I know not to ever use Uber eats just seems very stupid from a business aspect. I want my money back or I want to be reimbursed one way or another or I will never stop writing negative reviews as it is my right to do so.
