Just know this about Ubereats before you sign up:
Ordered from two different restaurants with two different drivers and both lunches were delivered somewhere with pictures of two random places other than my door! Couldn't reach drivers. Customer service by CHAT was annoyingly long but got a refund for the first missing lunch. When the second lunch didn't come the customer service CHAT guy responded that because the driver claimed he delivered it I wasn't entitled to a refund. I reminded them to check their computer for the previous failed order for which i had been issued a full refund. The ended up imediately offering an "Ubereats full exchange" which I accepted. During these multiple CHATS I had requested to speak with a supervisor many times which was ignored or redirected. Finally I was told a supervisor would call me and they ended the chat. I then found a phone number for Ubereats (which they do not make available to the public at all on their website) and customer service was incredible slow and rude and had very heard to understand accents. I was cut off or hung up on LITERALLY seven times! So basically I now have even more complaints for a Superviser who is "supposed to be calling me within 24 to 48 hrs" ... we'll see. And I had bought the Ubereats membership only days before all this! ....CANCELLED!
