When I tried to use the $25 off promotion for my 1st order, they didn’t allow it saying I already have an account and not a new user. My twin’s name is similar but we have different email addresses and phone numbers. Michelle told me to place the order and call back for a price adjustment which I have recorded. When I called back after placing a $68 order they refused to honor the promotion discount of $25. They are liars and scammers! And nobody would let me speak to a supervisor! Don’t trust Uber Eats! When the order arrived it was not the driver Chelsey who’s a woman. It was a man and items were missing from the order.
