I would give this delivery service a zero.
The app showed me a restaurant as being in my city, when actually it was 350 miles away. When I cancelled the order within 5 minutes of ordering, Uber Eats charged me the full price. After texting and speaking to Uber Eats customer service I was told there is nothing they can do for me, as their policy is once a customer cancelles an order, they must pay the full amount.
This is ridiculous, as the app made a mistake, not me. Something Uber Eats customer relations has no clue about. Done with Uber Eats.
