Ordered from a local pizzeria through uber eats. The pizzeria called me and told me they no longer had the product available as they were out of product and they could not make my order. They told me to cancel the order through the App as they were unable to. So I did so and ordered from a different restaurant that had what I originally ordered from the other original order. Uber eats still charged me for the order that was cancelled even though the restaurant could not make and send my order. I contacted support and they said they could do nothing for me. I tried the next day and they said they would refund me. I checked a few days later and noticed no refund was given so I contacted uber eats support again. They told me nothing could be done as the 48hr limit to complain was over. So not only did they lie to me they stole my money. It was close to 50$ for an order that the restaurant could not deliver as they no longer had te product available. I canceled my membership and will never order from them again. They told me they have to keep my information on file for 7 years. This is ridiculous!! I wish I could give a zero for they stole my money!!
