Customer Service Sucks, Now That Everything Is On Chat Only , GOOD LUCK, You Keep Getting Transferred From One Agent To Another, And You Can Spend All Day Like That You Won’t Get Help You Need, Because None Of Them Know What They Are Doing, All You Get Is Let Me Put You On Hold 2-3 Minutes & Then They Transfer You & That’s It…. Same Thing When You Call On The Phone They Will Hang Up On You or After They Say Give Me 2-3 Minutes You Already Been Transfer To Another Agent, And You Have To Explain Everything From Start… Its a JOKE SERVICE REALLY…… 2nd Thing Is They Expect You To Drive Over 20 Miles For Like $6 Dollars & Usually That’s 2 Deliveries It’s Crazy, Do They Not Know That Gas Is $5 Dollars A Gallon??
