I would give a negative number, but 1 is the lowest. My son received an UberEats gift card and couldn't place an order. After calling 3X, each time I was placed on hold, the call dropped. The 4th time, after 20 minutes, I was told someone will be calling shortly, as they needed to escalate the problem to a different department. Next day, after no calls, I was told the exact same information, they would escalate the call to a different department, and I should expect a call. After requesting a supervisor, I was denied, as it was stated, it was just sent to another department. The same responses were provided, probably from a cue card, "I understand your problem, but we have limited access and it was forwarded a department with advance research". So I was denied access to a supervisor, the most incredible frustrating and poor customer service I've ever dealt with. And in all the "expert" customer service, my godson unchecked a box on the app which prevent the orders going through. You guys couldn't figure one out? Wow! Why have this useless department, all it does is frustrates customers. Never, never, never, use Uber Eats, HELLO DOORDASH!!!
