I ordered chik fil a today & never got my food. I paid extra for it to be delivered right away. The person did try to contact me but didn't speak English on phone or through text. He left it at someone else door. I'm an in a business building & shopping center. He has address correct BUT WRONG business to deliver to & wrong suite. I'm B12 he left it at Q5. Now we are the biggest store in the shopping center big huge sign can't miss it at all. Anyway they refuse to refund or redeliver again because address was right. But i did clearly put business name, where to find me & suite number on the order. I paid 22.00 for no food at all. I didn't eat all day being busy with work & then to pay to get nothing at all or refund. Sounds like a scam & robing ppl.
