Ordered quiche from Basic Biscuits & Kindness w/2 hashbrowns. The hashbrowns came but not the quiche. UberEats gave me back the $10.59 for the quiche in UberEats cash "ro use immediately". So I placed an order w/Playa Bowls. The order was $15.00 plus $1.21 in tax, plus my $3.00 tip. I used the $10.59 UberEats cash, but my total I was charged was $19.21! They literally STOLE the $10.59 in UberEats cash & didn't apply it to my order. Talked to 5 different customer service reps not one of whom could help me. I'll still use the service, but know that they are THIEVES that will steal your money.
