Ordered food from Uber eats. Waited an hour for the food to be delivered to have the driver cancel the order saying he couldn't deliver it. The order was never picked up. The driver that cancelled the order was the 6th one to go to pick it up for delivery. We tried to reorder the food but this time as a pick up and the Wendy's never received the order (was charged for both) Reached out to customer service to try to resolve the issue and find out what exactly happened. The customer service agents (had to keep trying several times to get it resolved) only stated that it should return to account in a few days and to reach out if it didn't. Yet they offer zero explanation about the issues of an hour waiting for a delivery that the driver took upon themselves to just cancel. The customer service reps, if you can call them that, just stated to basically wait for the funds to be credited back and said oh well we will make a note about the delivery issue and then just ended the conversation. I would give them a zero rating if it allowed me too.
