I placed my order at 12:25pm and cancelled that same second at 12:25pm order was cancelled because I noticed the food was going to my house and not my work address Uber decided to charge me full amount for the food of 54.00 even after I placed an order for the food with the correct address after. Uber is refusing to provide me with a refund claiming the restaurant already accepted my order. I also called the restaurant and they did not start making my food so this is completely FRAUD!! UBEREATS IS STEALING PEOPLE MONEY WITH THIS BS POLICY AND REFUSED TO CALL THE RESTAURANT THEMSELVES. IVE REQUESTED SEVERAL TIMES FOR A MANAGER TO REACH OUT TO ME NO ONE CALLED ME IN THE PAST 4 FREAKIN DAYS!!!!!! THIEFS!!!
