Last night, June 13th an order was placed on my phone in error. It was cancelled immediately - within 5 seconds and I was charged the full amount. I contacted support and explained that it was a mistake and to please reverse the charges and they said it couldn’t be refunded because the restaurant was already preparing the order. I said if I can’t get a refund please reverse the cancellation and just send me the food. That apparently wasn’t an option either.
I asked to escalate my situation to a manager and I was ignored. Unacceptable.
