I made an order the driver brought me some one else's food I called to get a refund and UBER refused.
I lost 45 dollars today and I was annoyed at the reasoning and process. Just disappointed at UBER EATS once again. Driver's who don't read or understand English are a problem and cause issuesike this one
I've even sent the receipt with another name on it. Still not good enough to be refunded. I'm using DASH moving forward
