7/22/2024. This is the 2nd time drive delivered to wrong address. And 2nd time when connecting driver, driver doesn’t speak English. Worse you cannot contact UBer that can help diver by proving a translator.
Very poor customers approach. Strongly suggest, at least, consider hiring a customer first representative
This kills your image and spills over into your ride share which I will NEVER use again either.
