Noticed as soon as I ordered it was going to the wrong address. Immediately selected change address and it said it couldn't I like to cancel. I then cancelled, all in less than 30 seconds and it told me it was going to charge me over $34 because the food was already accepted. I then repeated the order with the correct address and called the restaurant to have them send both orders, they said they only had one order and UberEats had only sent one, so basically, they just stole my $34.
I tried dealing with their chat and they said I waited more than 5 minutes which is a complete lie, and they ended the chat so I couldn't respond. I wish I would of waited to cancel because then I would of had both orders and the restaurant would have gotten my money instead of this horrible company.
I deleted the app and removed the autopay from PayPal and will never deal with them again. Looking at the rating here I can see that this company has lots of issues and isn't doing well.
