**Terrible Service and Poor Communication**
Bad application compared to others. They have zero communication skills and service. I made an order through them, and after clicking submit, I noticed the selected address was my work. Within a few seconds, I clicked cancel to amend the address to my home. They charged me but didn’t deliver my order to either my home or work. I contacted the restaurant, and they were helpful, but when I started chatting with the Uber Eats agent and explained the situation, it felt like I was talking to a robot. The agent just repeated the issue as if copying and pasting, then closed the chat while I was still typing. It seems they don’t want to work. Worst service ever. Since my favorite restaurant is only available on this app, I will never order from them again. I’d rather not order my favorite meal because of them. So shameful.
I went through low-rated reviews to see if I was the only one who had a bad experience and was surprised that most reviewers faced the same issue. I think they should take these bad ratings and reviews into consideration to improve their performance.
