I have contacted Uber eats several times for unauthorized charges and proved to them that my phone was stolen during a move and I was locked out of my email account on file until now, I no longer lived at the address being used, and I was locked out of my account from using it and they did nothing to help, they didn’t even close the account when I asked, now I am fighting with the company to get reimbursements for unauthorized charges and now had to bring in the police for more assistance. The customer service is very poor, I am a very loyal customer but that means nothing to Uber eats. I just want my hard earned money back and the account closed to stop the issue. I have given proof and just keep getting met by a computer answer. I am not going to stop until this is resolved. You customers should be more valuable to you than this. I really hope the owner reads this and fires whoever did not resolve this because it is unprofessional and careless, it makes this company look negligent. I sent hospital letters showing I was not present, out of town receipts, and a police report and the screenshots showing I was locked out of my email and had to contact support to regain access but nothing. If I do not get a response from Uber to resolve this, I will upload all data proving these are not my charges and your company allowed it. I have the proper documentation that I will keep between me and Uber eats if they care to help. Thank you
