APPALLING!!! The customer service is atrocious and that is putting it mildly. A row of unprofessional robots answering calls and following the same script. Barely a brain cell to rub together . Rudeness and incompetence beyond comprehension. I spoke to several unhelpful robots and not one of them could string a sentence together. Three of them hung up the call. Refused to refund me after the driver disappeared with the food. Who is going to hold these SCAMMERS to account? I have ordered a charge back from my bank , trading standards and financial Ombudsman contacted . AVOID AVOID AVOID !
