I will never order out again after my experience with this company. The other night I ordered two combo plates by accident. I had intended to only buy one. The owner of the restaurant saw that I had ordered two plates instead of one and sent me just one plate and asked me to contact Uber Eats and request a refund. Keep in mind I had not asked for over 3 years now. I am a loyal well paying customer. Or at least I was until this happened. I called Uber Eats and requested the refund which they promptly denied. No shock there. The restaurant owner contacted Uber Eats also and explained that he had only sent me one combo plate and not two and asked again for a refund for me. Once again, Uber Eats denied the restaurant owner's request. I mean the guy who owned the restaurant admits that he only sent me one plate and not 2 yet Uber Eats still refused to provide my refund. It is a miracle that this company is still in busineess given the way they treat loyal paying customers like me. Well now I'm a former customer. I hope the money are going to lose by driving me away is worth the money they would have lost if they had given me my momey back. Stay away from this place. I hope that the way they treat their customers will eventually put them out of business.
