I received a food order with a roach crawling within my food (photos were submitted as proof). The food was discarded and Uber Eats agreed to refund me for the issue. However, I only received half of the refund. I attempted to reach out to them for the next couple of days, and it wasn't until the third day that that they responded. I spoke to one of their representatives named "wolf" who informed me that, since 48 hours had passed, they could no longer make the remainder of the adjustment (refund].
He then kept repeating the same statement to my inquiries and ended the chat without resolution. At that point. I decided to go with a different delivery service for my food deliveries, going forward.
