They have the worst customer service of any food delivery app I have ever used! They force you to pay for orders that you never received. When you claim a refund, they don’t give you one. There’s no customer service agent who contacts you when you report an issue. I’ve lost so much money over the past few months, and I now dread doing any Uber Eats transactions.
