I would rate them a zero if I could. I had a $15 coupon that wasn't applying correctly in the app. I contacted customer service to see if they could help. They stated that if I placed the order and contacted customer service after, they would refund me $15. I told them I didn't feel comfortable placing the order without knowing I would get the $15. Two different cusomer service reps assured me it would handled after. I have screenshots to prove this. I contacted service directly after placing the $75 order. I was told this was not eligible for any sort of refund of the $15. I explained the customer service conversation telling me to do that. They did not care. They refused to do what they had said.
