Their delivery windows are wildly underestimated. Then when you are stuck waiting and hungry, they continue to change their latest arrival time. Which coincidentally is what they hold on to when you try to question why your food is two hours late!!! Yes, two hours. Their customer services is almost intentionally stupid, making you feel like you are not understanding. Their fix, either cancel the order after you have waited this long, or get a $4 dollar credit towards your next order. Yes, that’s their fix. For you to keep using their mediocre services. Then drivers are picking up more than one order at a time, thus delaying your order even further. The only way you can get your order first is if you pay even more money over their already outlandish fees. It sucks to use this service for a little convenience just to end up hating the moment you decided to order out.
