I was just speaking to an Uber eats customer service agent Tanushka
She ended the chat without resolving the issue and canceled my order after stating she did not.
The initial problem was that I have been waiting for almost an hour and a half for my food, which has been picked up by two different drivers and canceled. The customer service agent could not explain what happened and her suggestion at first was to cancel it a third time and have a third person pick it up and deliver it to me. I am still waiting on lunch and it is 340 as I am sick at home with no access to food. I would never suggest Uber eats to anyone. Their customer service is the absolute worst, this is not the first time Ive had a bad experience with their so called CUSTOMER SERVICE 🙄 but this but it is the first time I'm writing a review because I have had enough with them They are so unprofessional yet expensive.
Where is the money going? definitely not going to pay professionals to help your clientele that or paying your high fees for your food.
I own a restaurant as well and I'll be sure to cancel your services with our restaurant.
