I’ve had a really frustrating experience with Uber Eats recently. My food was stolen by the driver, and to my surprise, they don’t offer refunds for this. It’s incredibly disappointing to see such a lack of accountability when it comes to theft and fraud. As a customer, I expect the platform to protect me, but instead, it feels like they’re allowing this kind of behavior to go unchecked. In my opinion, Uber Eats needs to take these situations more seriously and offer better protections for customers. This kind of theft and fraud should be shut down immediately. Proceed with caution if you’re ordering!
