I submitted an order on 9/12 on Uber eats at 9pm from Wingstop my order was picked up about 9:30 the driver had 3 orders ahead of miss. By the time my food arrived at 10:13pm my chicken was hard and cold the fries were soggy and my drink was half filled with no ice i requested a refund from Uber eats and they denied stating it was a restaurant issue. If the driver didn’t have 3 other order in front of my order then my food wouldn’t have been cold like how can Uber eats expect your food to come hot if it’s sitting on a car while someone drops 3 other orders off I order delivery for convenience not cold food and half filled drinks I work hard for my money and expect to have excellent service I will never order Uber eats again DoorDash is so much more convenient they actually have a customer service line to be contacted for issues and they will indeed handle any issues with my order including a refund of the order isn’t up to my standards. Like serious question Uber eats how do yall expect people order to come hot if its has to sit in the car for 30 plus minutes before it gets to you it was a waste of an order and I could of went myself and picked the order up myself for how long it took and the quality of the order. I mean what really is the point of paying someone a company to bring you cold ass food and refuse you a refund
