Will cost you money to work here.
1. During the Flat Rate opportunities such as $12/ active hour, you are forced to accept deliveries an hour away even if there is no tip. If you are an hour away and another opportunity comes up and is another hour further away and you decline it, you lose your $12 an hr flat rate. You heard me right. Declining 2 deliveries even if they are tipless and an hour away ends your flat rate, even if you're already two hours away.
2. They are allowed to advertise a delivery, have you accept it, go to the store to pick it up, and still let some one else accept it and pick it up before you. If yhis happens they refuse to compensate.
3. I spent an hour and a half on uber support phone call being passed to 6 people 2 of which was the same department. None of which would compensate. I worked 5 hours and made a complete total of $37.83 because it kept sending me an hour away and they won't compensate when a mistake happens.
