UberEats does not care about their customers. I received 1 item out of 6 items I ordered. It was supposed to be 40 min priority delivery (I paid extra) but arrived an hr and a half later. The driver stopped for almost mins near my house. He only started moving after I texted if he was lost. I received 1 item at my doorstep and called the driver. He said they only gave this but clearly was lying because the receipt was a long list. I go through the app to submit the issue. You have to accept type of refund before they reveal how much they will refund. They said I only get $35 on a $60 order. So I set up a chat and explained. 1st person said we already refunded you, so we can't do anymore. I said but I only received 1 item. I asked for a supervisor, they said they cant transfer. They said if there is nothing else we have other customers to service and ended the chat. I started again and same outcome. 1 burger is not $25... The math for the fees and everything just doesn't add up. And they didn't care to even do anything. I wasn't asking for additional funds. I have 6 people in the house who were waiting for the food. Now everything is closed and 5 people went to sleep hungry. UberEats just doesn't care anymore about their customers. I have used them almost everyday for the last couple of years and they dont care about it... but there are plenty of other platforms to order. I will let everyone I meet know just how horrible my experience was and to think twice before using UberEats.
