'Not eligible for a refund' is the biggest running scam when orders are ALWAYS wrong & delivery drivers are hit and miss.
The fees have gotten so bad. $9 fee for $40 order not including delivery or tip! With! Mark ups have gotten crazy. Sometimes items are costing $6-7 more in store.
It's why I've gone from 20-25 orders a year to 3 this year. The goal is to never use Ubereats again.
