Awful service. Order took over an hour. From the driver picking up my order it took over 40minutes to arrive by then it was cold. I reported this along with the driver not being the one verified on the account. Got the same useful automated copy paste message. They will not provide a refund.
This is the 4th time with ubereats and this restaurant I have had an issue with. I will never use their services again. Lack of customer service.
