They have a cancelation scam. I mistakenly ordered for now when I wanted to get a scheduled delivery for future. I tried to cancel in 2 min, they don't allow me to cancel and then in support chat request they cancel and charged me $25 , entire amount of my order.
Support ends the chat saying that they won't refund. Such a petty scam. They just lost a customer here.
