I am so upset with this company. I was out of town, made an order, but uber left an item out which I couldn't find a way to add again. So, I canceled it instead in order to start a new order. They canceled my order and charged me anyway! After talking with them I was shocked because I canceled immediately after I placed the order so I could add an additional item they left off. They said, it wasn't fair to the driver, but no driver had been assigned and I had literally just placed the order, so canceling shouldn't have been an issue. Uber seems money hungry and obviously cares little for their customers. I am a disabled senior, on a budjet, so giving them over $15 was a loss for me. Shame on you, Uber.
