I made an order and canceled it quickly after I submitted it. I then resubmitted the same order, but with added items. I was charged for the canceled order. The customer service chat is awful. They kept sending scripted responses that my order did not qualify for a refund because the restaurant had already started making the order. I don't have an issue with paying for the second order, which we received. I do, however, take issue with being charged for items I did not receive.
I do not hold this against the driver or the restaurant. The driver was efficient and the food was good.
