I keep getting 'Sorry to hear...' response instead of a solution.
I have sent multiple emails and messages on the app and nothing has been done. My messages on the Facebook page keeps getting deleted.
Friday, 4 / 10/ 2024, was the second time I did not receive my order. I messaged the driver, who read my messages but did nor respond. I tried phoning the driver and my call was not accepted. Then shortly after he had the audacity to mark my order as delivered and Uber Eats refuses to sort it out and refund me.
My order was from Shawarma and Grill Gape Town, Long Street.
This is unethical and theft.
