My family and I ordered almost $200 worth of food, decided to cancel the order and just go to the restaurant and get it ourselves…they wouldn’t accept the cancellation saying the kitchen had already started the order…I happen to be the kitchen manager at said restaurant and know for a fact my staff had not started the order, so, I paid $192 through Uber and $114 at the restaurant
My son was speaking with someone through the app and when my son mentioned I was the kitchen manager, the person shut down the conversation…so I spent over $300 on food all together, because Uber refused to refund my money..will never use Uber eats again…shit customer service
