I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent order I placed through Uber Eats, which was incomplete and of poor quality.
Not only were key items missing, such as condiments, my two-for-one item (I only received one), and the drink I ordered, but the food itself was extremely disappointing. The fruits were missing from one part of the order, and in the portion that did include fruit, I received an apple cut in half, which was completely unappealing. Overall, the meal was gross and not worth the $52 I paid.
I contacted the restaurant, and they confirmed that the driver failed to collect the correct bags, leaving one behind. I was only offered a $5 refund through the app, which is unacceptable given the circumstances. I expect a full and appropriate refund for the missing and inedible items.
Please address this issue promptly. They refunded me 4 dollars when they know I did not receive half my order that does not even cover the pop
