I rarely leave reviews, specifically 1 star ones. I been using Uber groceries every week, this week my order from Waitrose was missing more than half the items, not sure if Waitrose made an error or if the driver took it.
Either way, Uber will not investigate, refund me or send out what was missing, initially they just kept sending the same generic messages no matter what I said but now they don't even reply any more. Even tried their Facebook chat.
Essentially I am not getting what I paid for, daylight robbery. Either don't use them or if you do, use credit card so you can file chargeback in case of issues.
