Don’t use Uber Eats for your food delivery. They wouldn’t let me change my order and made me pay for the ENTIRE ORDER WITHOUT DELIVERING IT. Contacted Customer Service, Faizan the rep was rude and read off some pre-scripted text and then hung up on me. CUSTOMERS DESERVE BETTER UBER EATS. You don’t deserve our business and Faizan needs to find a back office job where he doesn’t need to talk to people!
