Customer service is an ABSOLUTE JOKE!! They don’t even pay attention to your messages and just reply with automated bot replies. They will respond with something like “sorry your order is taking longer than expected” when I messaged them about a promo not working… like what?! That has nothing to do with my issue! Also they REFUSE TO GIVE REFUNDS! It’s a complete scam at this point and they are THIEVES! Orders will be missing items completely and customer service will just respond “sorry you had an issue with your order, unfortunately this order is not eligible for a refund.” How? My food is literally missing that I PAID FOR, and they refuse to give a refund.. They steal customers money.. NEVER use them! DoorDash has never had a problem refunding my incorrect orders and they’ve refunded A LOT. Uber will refund 1 order on a new account and then refuse anymore after that… THEY ARE A JOKE! Idk how the UberEats side of Uber is even in business still!?
