The constant barrage of "promotions" is a joke—buy-one-get-one-free deals that don't apply properly, leaving you overcharged with no way to fix it. On top of that, the fees are outrageous! By the time you add in service fees, courier fees, delivery fees, and taxes, you're paying almost double the cost of your actual meal. What’s the point of running promos if they don’t actually give you the promised discount? Uber Eats has become a money pit that tricks you into thinking you’re getting a deal when you’re actually paying far more than you should. I’m done with this app. Customers deserve transparency, not this fee-gouging nonsense. If you're looking for a fair, reliable service, steer clear of Uber Eats!
